The AD7277AUJZ-500RL7 is a 10-Bit, 3MSPS (Million-Samples-Per-Second) Successive Approximation Register (SAR) Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) IC manufactured by Analog Devices. It is designed for low power and high resolution analog-to-digital conversion. It features an I2C-compatible 3- and 4-wire SPI-compatible serial interface, an extra pin for temperature compensation and offset calibration, a measured differential linearity error (DNL) of ±1 LSB max, and a power-down mode with a power supply current of 0.45 µA. The device also features an input offset voltage of ±50 mV, an input voltage range of -0.3VP to VREF + 0.3V, low dielectric absorption (DA) of 0.1% FS when changing from power down to normal operation, an integrated reference (1.250V), and a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. This device is suitable for use in audio, instrumentation, and medical applications.
