This part features two 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADCs with an input range of 0V to 5V and sampling rates up to 16.5ksps. The device provides exceptionally low noise and low harmonic distortion performance to support high-accuracyand low-noise data acquisition systems such as digital audio, medical and scientific instrumentation, vibration andshock measurement systems. The part also includes on-chip power-on reset circuitry, a separate analog reference supply,and a high speed SPI interface for easy communication.
