SemiconductorThe electronic part BM14270AMUV-LBE2 is a board mount current sensor manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor. It comes in a VQFN20QV3535 package, which is a 20-lead, 6mm x 6mm, Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package with a thick molded plastic power module and copper heat spreader on the bottom. Its main features include a non-contact current sensor with very-low stand-by current (typ. 0.5A or max. 0.6A) which is suitable for battery powered applications such as remote keyless entry (RKE) systems and also high accuracy current sensing up to a rating of 5A. It has a detection current detection range of 0.2A to 5A with a linearity of 0.2%. It also comes with an over-current detection (OCD) function with a detection current of 2.5A and a wide supply voltage range of 3V to 20V.
