MicroelectronicsThe FM15160 508-03 is a security authentication IC manufactured by Fudan Microelectronics. It is designed to provide high levels of encryption for secure communication. The chip is based on the VSOP-8 RoHS (RoHS compliant) standard for encryption and authentication. It features a variety of security protocols, including authentication, authentication and encryption, digital signatures, time stamping, anti-counterfeiting and secure activation. The FM15160 508-03 also features an advanced 4K-bit internal EEPROM memory for storage of encryption keys and other sensitive data, and a hardware random number generator to generate secure keys. It is a low-power device with a VCC operating range of 2.7V-3.6V and a Temperature Range of -40°C to 85°C.
