The 78S05M is a SOT-89 RoHS compliant low voltage reference circuit manufactured by UNI-SEMI. It consists of five transistors, two resistors, and one zener diode. The device is capable of providing a reference voltage range from 0.04V to 5.95V with an accuracy of ±2%. This voltage reference circuit is designed to interface with virtually all TTL logic systems and is also compatible with CMOS circuits.
