The TPV811S-4LTR is a SOT-143 RoHS microprocessor and microcontroller supervisor designed by 3PEAK. It features low power consumption, high-current output and an adjustable reset threshold voltage. The device contains a watchdog timer with adjustable watchdog window and fault detect. It has over temperature protection and brown out protection. It is used in applications such as low power portable devices, medical devices, communication systems, industrial automation and automotive control systems. It is RoHS compliant and comes with an extended temperature range.
