ULN2003A with SOP-16 Darlington Transistor Arrays ROHS manufactured by TWGMC is a high voltage, high current Darlington array, which is comprised of seven NPN Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diode for switching inductive loads. Each Darlington pair features a maximum voltage rating of up to 50V and is capable of driving up to 500mA with a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.2V. These Darlington arrays are ROHS compliant and feature low power dissipation and protection circuitry to protect the circuit during a short-circuit condition.
