The Eaton EMEA C10NL is the company’s European Customer and Commercial Management organization. C10NL works closely with the commercial teams in each sales & marketing organization to develop and execute customer-centric strategies for different markets. This includes product portfolio and pricing optimization, pricing promotion and customer segmentation, customer data and analytics, process excellence, customer issue resolution, and training and development. C10NL is also responsible for providing product and technical support to the markets and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
