The Silergy SY8511ADC is a high-performance low-dropout (LDO) regulator optimized for power management applications with SOT23-6 RoHS Power Modules. The SY8511ADC provides up to 1.5A of continuous output current and features a low quiescent current of 160µA (typical), as well as improved EMI/RFI performance. The SY8511ADC features both a shutdown mode and low shutdown current (0.35µA typical), making it ideal for applications that require minimal energy consumption.
