Power Management IC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) Development Tools are software technologies and hardware solutions designed to help with the development, implementation and debug of power management ICs. These tools provide design engineers with the ability to quickly and accurately evaluate system-level performance and optimize the utilization of power management ICs in their application. Examples of power management IC development tools include simulation packages, evaluation boards, and software solutions such as the Cadence® TINA-Ti™ simulator, the ESI CDMA® Power Manager Design Suite, the Linear Technology® LTpowerCAD™ software platform, and the Xilinx® ISE™ design suite.
